Pocket Pump

Pocket pump allows the accurate setting of Intravenous therapy dosage. It can be more accurate than other simple mechanisms such as counting with a watch or by eye and inexpensive when compared to IV pump machines. It works simply by aligning the drips with a beep and visual notification every time a drip is expected. Once the beep and drips are aligned the dose is accurately obtained. Multiple chamber sizes and a wide range of doses are supported.

Pocket pump can check existing IVs. A simple tapping on the screen in time with the drips will determine the rate and provide details of the dose.

It has been tested by medical professionals in a study and results show less variance in outcome than comparable mechanisms. Its also faster to use.
